South Island Endurance race on on the 1st october in christchurch at ruapuna. The feild is awesome with a ferrari f430, 997 and 996 porsche gt3's, ex David Leslie bmw m3 gtr in Gulf oil colours, ex attc world touring car, ford ba falcon 427 powered ute, renault megan cup car, several hybrid monsters and then us in my wee peugeot 106,a feild of around 30 anyway.

the 1 hour starts at 11.50am and the 3 hour at 1:40pm.

The race I'm in is over three hours and is worth while being around the pits half way through to see the driver change etc.

If the past is anything to go buy you might see the ferrari on fire .

Sorry no opels..........yet.

If you join SIERDC on face book yopu will get updates on the race and see the latest photo's

Well the ferrari didn't catch on fire and the young lads driving put on a great show. We came second in class and the car went well, the last round in timaru at levels on the 15th of this month. Here's some pics .
