That's all I was going to say, but I can't help but add that I wouldn't be that keen on sitting next to a drum and hose, filled with presumably some type of fluid? Possibly hott and flammable, possibly just water or something for some kind of injection or cooling. Either way, strange.
Dry sump tank is my guess - very low chance of a fire hazard the way it's set up. Be interested in how he's machined the internals of the 'top hat' and the intake to the paxton - from the outside, they look like they need some work?

But what about in a crash? Have a bit of an impact that penetrates the tank or pops a hose off and you are covered in very hot oil. Not my idea of fun, and most regulations I've read don't allow fluids of any kind to be housed in the cockpit.
I think you would have to be a real adrenalin junkie to strap yourself into that machine. Cant imagine how much money went into building the car, that turbo is massive not to mention the size of the belt that's driving it and those two huge blow off valves
