Anyone in Wellington?

Postby 127 Gordo » 18 Aug 2011, 20:01

I noticed they have a '89 Pontiac Le Mans 2 litre, doesn't mention single or twin cam' - the twin cam uses the 20XE engine, which could be useful for someone.
Also a '96 Barina 1600, which may be a twin cam C16XE for the young chap down south...

[edit] Pick-a-part, in the hutt.

Ok, I've just seen your other thread about the breakers in Wellington, Gordo.

When I searched on TradeMe for Pontiac Le Mans, this turned up .....

8) I know which I'd prefer to have out of these two!

I know it is from 20-30 years previous to the version we're talking about, but where do the manufacturers get the loopy idea of using the same name????? :? Crazy!

Yeah, I used to have a '61 4 door Pontiac, like this but nowhere near as rough...

- I'd love the 2 door fastback (bubbleback) or notchback version with a 421SD, six-pack, four speed and MODERN brakes...
