Had a great day in the kaddet c coupe. 32nd overall and 7th in class. Here's some in car footage was the 1st run hence testing for grip still of which there was very little! Was an awesome day and wonderful to finally meet Pete from here.

That Kaddet is just such an enigma down here and it looks a million bucks.
If I had the spare time and passion to race then I'd be wiring you the cash for that wee monster right now to help you solve that moral dilemma of yours.

For now I'll be staying firmly in the weekend warrior pack with my Vectra, envious of the yellow demon.

ok ok.....plans are changing again I'm now considering swapping everything from coupe to chevette except for some vital bits that you guys might like.

Things I'll be keeping:
seats / harnesses
motor + anscilleries, radiator, front assembly including brakes etc, computer, bell housing
wheels and tyres

What's left:

the coupe shell complete with roll cage (certified) 5 link setup with escort diff and quaife lsd ($1300 alone) and new discs and calipers / handbrake setup.
my chevette front end and suspension
5 speed sierra box
2 piece vr commodore drive shaft balanced and mated
13 inch alloys and tyres from chevette.

All you'd have to do is fit a motor of some sort put some lower suspension in and you've got one badboy coupe.

$4500

I also have all the spares including several sets of headlights, all four corners in body panels and bonnet all glass and four plastic boxes full of gemini / opel spares.

I'd be looking for $1000 or near offer for all these goodies.
