I did 16v Vectra front brake conversion and VW / Audi rear disc brake conversion, nothing off the shelf unless you go obscure Opel mix and match, but not really worth the effort.

Brake hoses should be easy to source (Demontweeks in the UK is always an option if stuck) but exactly what reason do you have for the brake upgrade, you may get away with just some decent pads or need a full upgrade which may require larger diameter wheels to syuit?
There are a few cars with a 100mm PCD, if I am correct in thinking yours is still the 4 stud, and besides the UK Manta/Chevette options you should check out the Isuzu gemini/Piazza options from Aussie. Will get back to you later with more.

Nothing wrong with the standard set up for everyday use.
Brake hoses are easy enough, if yours are shot send them to Waikato Brake and Clutch and they can make a new set.
Put some uprated road pads in if heavy braking. Rear disc conversion is relatively easy using BMW front discs, Willwood calipers and purpose made bracket but then you will need to get her Certified, lots of time and expense for very little gain.
