these were awesome cars back in the day, i always wanted to own one but they were too expensive to insure!!
the police were extremely pissed when these cars made it off the production line,they'd not long bought/placed an order for dosens of vauxhall omega's as motorway and highway patrol cars as they were the fastest cars they could afford without going down the bmw/merc route,then the lotus carlton was released!!! and as you would expect the omega's couldnt catch them on a persuit!!!
