Do we have The Trademe user Opelman67 on the forum? His name is Ashley.

That may be Ashley Jones one of the organisers on Vauxhall opel sport,on the opel side of things.

Possibly Ashley Jones, but his membership dropped off as he hadn't posted since he joined.

Just looked at the TM profile shows this other one as Manakau, and I don't think Ashley Jones is living in that area.

Ashley Jones lives in Beachlands here in Auckland and yes it is his TradeMe name. He has a huge list of diecast models for sale. VOS NZ has a list of all the Vauxhall/Opel stuff in there newsletters bi-montly.

I think Diecast selling has paid for several houses - Not popularlity known he has agency for NZ For Minichamps and possibly Norev and supplies most of the hobby shops through NZ amongst others. He works for Interlock and often goes to Engineering Trade Shows representing them and in process has over the years also gone to Toy Trade shows particularly he has invite to German show and made lots of contacts through manufactures while working for Interlock....

you never tell him if old shop has got old stock he bit of a locust and a shark - he buy all the stock up and flog it .. despite this trait he a bloody nice guy and he I used to be in contact through the 1990s - I stayed with him and his new wife - and his wife owned at that time a Olyster Metallic Gold Manta one owned by Rear Admiral Thorne of Wellington
