He might already be on here. There was a guy building one of those in Australia asking questions about GM engines a little while back, but I don't have time to find the thread at the moment. From memory it was going into something like that, or perhaps a Manta 400. But we were also talking about 4WD systems at one stage, and the Kadett definitely rings a bell.

He was doing a Manta 400 replica build, not heard from him in a while, I wonder how he's doing with the rest of it?

Looking back through the amin system, his account was auto de-activated since he hadn't been online since sometime in 2009. I've now reactivated his account in the hope he will call back in for a visit!

Hi guys... thanks for the contact Nevill I did eventually remember my password. The project is still going but I have not been able to touch it in a year or so due to buying a property and having a young fellow now 3yold taking up what time I have.

I'll do a post of the Vauhall 4S build and fix the Opel Kadett GSi thread as well as none of the pics work because I moved my server.

I also now have a Vauxhall Cavalier SRi '84 which has been re-badged by previous owner to a Opel Ascona... which still works as it is a Belgium Built model so it could have been either. Imported into Australia in '89.
