Hi All,

I've received a letter from the organisers of the GoC event that the date has been brought forward from the 23rd Feb to the 2nd Feb. We have been sent a registration form to confirm the number of cars and have asked for registrations to be in by the 14th December.

If you are interested in taking part, please add your name / car details to the thread ....

Some details:

Show Cars can arrive from 8am, and must be onsite no later than 9.30am.
The show opens to the public at 10am.
Once cars are parked for display, they must remain in place until 3pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
No dogs or alcohol allowed.

Tickets at the gate cost $12 for Adults, $5 for children 5-15 years old. Don't have details for costs if you are displaying yet but I will post details when I have them.

So the weekend before Ellerslie! How was last year's event?

Yes, so two shows back to back. The bad news is that this typically means a better turn out for one show than the other.

Ellerslie is the better show, but you are limited to the number of cars that can take part.

GoC is open to as many cars as we want. Last year we were kind of down the hill and round the corner, which limited the numbers that came to the display.

Is anyone keen to go? Please let me know and I'll get us registered.

Sorry, I can get up for only one show weekend, Paul, so will try for Ellerslie.
