After the earthquake I need to 'thin out' the population of Opels at my storage places - before the EQC simply drags them away and dumps them!

1991 Senator 3.0i Auto - $4,500 - rego'd to 10/11
1991 senator 3.0i Auto (parts car) $950 (on hold)
1987 Ascona 2.0i 5-door Hatchback - $2,500 (dereg'd)
1986 Monza 4-speed auto - $4,000 - (on hold)
1983 Monza 3-speed auto (parts car) - $1,500 -(dereg'd)

Also considerable spare parts (many NEW!) for the above cars - price by negotiation

You're selling all but the Kadett and GT! Were they damaged/swamped with liquifaction?

The 1986 Monza has a small dent in the right front guard where a steel bar fell against it. The rest were not damaged by the 'quakes but I am running out of storage space and have to down-size the collection to fit what is left. Had to decide which were the most 'keepable' ones, unfortunately. The whole city is 'munted'!

The GT jumped off the jack stands and belly-flopped on to the floor but the Kadett seems to have escaped ... so far ... 6,000 earthquakes - and counting!

Any luck with that buyer, Jim?

Was in Chch on Wednesday but ran out of time to call past by the time you texted back.

Have you got a spare Monza driver's window to sell to a member in Hamilton? Merv? He may have contacted you himself as he is in Chch at present.

Opels still for sale - costing $255 a month to store them so if they don't go soon they will have to be scrapped.

Have some new bits and pieces but no window glass.

If you could send through some pics and specifications of your Monzas, Jim, that may encourage interest?

 You won't get much for them as scrap!

if not buying, doesn't anyone down there have some cheaper, or free, storage he can use?

Good idea, but no-one else has storage for an extra 5 cars, but possibly one! I think Jim is keen to sell now instead.

Last Chance!

Opel Orphans to be euthanised by years end unless sold.

The price of storage is going up due to shortage.

Make a reasonable offer and save them!

PM Neville for my phone no. or email address - PMs do not reach me.

I guess it is particularly an issue in Christchurch, with so many people having to store stuff out of their houses and offices until they get new locations or homes!

Total lack of interest and no offers to buy even.

Off to China at end of Month as storage is no longer affordable.

Last chance - or All scrapped.

Re: the Ascona, do you still have it? Or even any spares? Any pictures? Understand it's a long shot and not sure how I'd get stuff up to the NI but thought I'd ask!
