some people have no idea really, its a shame its left too rot like that the owner should be pleased if anyone was happy to spend the time and money just too come take it away and make some sort of use of it even just to salvage the glass.

I wonder how they get built up to thinking this car is worth a grand, how did they get too that from where they started?

People just get greedy, if they think they have something someone else is interested in having.

Maybe I shouldn't have bothered going to see the car for the photos, but never expected him to come up with a figure like that, after what his son was saying about the scrap merchant coming otherwise!

Thought I would give the old boy a call, and see where he was at with the Manta. Ryan had apparently mentioned he could get replacement panels for the rusty ones ....

He told me his son had checked the car over and reckoned it was worth more!

This from the son who has apparently bought a Porsche, and was talking about towing the Manta to the scrap merchant himself, when I was there :roll:
