I guess neither of you have worked on the old Austins? Removing an engine mount to access the oil filter on an A55 was a real pain and as for a Triumph 2500 clutch job - about a zillion bellhousing bolts.

I don't consider an old Austin a car. They're ornaments / boat anchors as they do not possess the necessary credentials to qualify as an effective mode of transport  :P

What?
My sister in law has never even been in a Morris.

My wife's ex flatmate had a boat anchor of a Morris 1100 though.

Must be old age kicking in* - I thought her sister had that "Morange" thing a few years back - an orange Morris 1100, or something.

*either that or confusion over the various nicknames that were used on the old Eurosport forums - which may come to the same thing

Lawd, if my wife knew that you thought that woman was her sister, she'd have a fit!

It isn't too late ... http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Opel-Insignia-2013/AGC-AD-14574796/?Cr=1&sdmvc=1 Don't know what it would cost to ship one over.
